Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

Adbrains is looking for a Meta Ads specialist who is completely at home advertising on Facebook and Instagram. From our office in Rotterdam you'll work on a portfolio of clients and become the strategic brain behind their growth on the Meta platforms. This is a permanent position of 32 to 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

As a Meta Ads specialist you own the strategy and results for your clients on Facebook and Instagram. You review our AI's proposals, set the direction and translate data into growth. You devise creative and audience strategies that truly grow our clients, communicate in a client-focused way and present measurable results.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who can show demonstrable results, concrete cases proving you truly master the ins and outs of Meta Ads and are able to devise strategies that grow clients. You think strategically and back up your choices with data. We also ask:

• Living in or around Rotterdam
• Bachelor's or master's level education
• At least 2 years of online marketing experience
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API
• Experience with audience building, creative testing and performance advertising
• Affinity with GA4 and conversion tracking
• Experience with multi-channel strategy
